Terms of Service

10. Terms of Service

By booking a service with RODA FPV you agree to the following terms.

10.1 Services

RODA FPV provides cinematic drone filming, aerial direction, and post-production services as described on our website. The specific deliverables, timelines, and scope of each project are confirmed in the eIDAS digital contract signed before any shoot commences.

10.2 Booking & Payment

Services are booked by selecting a package on our website and completing payment via Stripe. Full payment is due at the time of booking. A booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

10.3 eIDAS Digital Contract

Every project is governed by a digital contract signed by both parties under EU Regulation No 910/2014 (eIDAS). This digital signature carries the same legal weight as a wet ink signature across all EU member states.

10.4 Scheduling

Shoot dates are arranged through your private client portal after payment and contract signing. Dates are subject to availability, weather conditions, and applicable airspace regulations. We will always propose an alternative date if a shoot cannot proceed due to circumstances outside our control.

10.5 Deliverables

Edited clips are delivered to your private portal within the timeframe specified for your package. All footage is delivered in Full HD MP4 (H.264). Raw footage is included only in Pro and Elite packages.

10.6 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and delivery, you are granted a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the delivered edited footage for commercial and non-commercial purposes. RODA FPV retains the right to use footage from any project in its portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before the shoot.

10.7 Client Obligations

You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions are in place for the shoot location including property owner consent where applicable. RODA FPV holds EASA and CAA operational approvals; local ground-level access permissions remain the client's responsibility.

10.8 Liability

RODA FPV carries £5,000,000 public liability insurance. Our liability to you is limited to the value of the services paid for in the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect losses including loss of revenue or consequential damages.

10.9 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For UK-based clients, the equivalent protections under UK law apply in addition. Disputes will be resolved first by good-faith negotiation, and subsequently through the competent courts of Spain or the UK as applicable.
